Bread Crumbs Crusted baked Chicken is a crowd pleaser and also my ‘go to’ recipe for Dinner or Lunch. This Chicken recipe is a healthy, tasty and quick recipe which lets us indulge in crispy goodness.
This Chicken recipe is one of my favourites recipe which uses bread crumbs coating to crisp up the exterior while keeping the inside juices intact.

Serves – 2 people (Makes 4 Chicken Drumsticks)
- 2 Tbs Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbs Oregano
- 1 Tbs dried Basil
- 1 Tsp Black pepper
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbs Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- Salt to taste
- 2 -3 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 4 Chicken Drumsticks
Baking instructions – How to prepare Moist and Juicy Baked Chicken
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking tray.
In the meantime, in a saucer mix all the above listed ingredients (except Dijon Mustard and Chicken Drumsticks) and prepare Oregano and Bread Crumbs mixture.
Now dip Chicken Drumsticks into Dijon Mustard and toss it into the Oregano and bread crumbs mixture. Then arrange on the greased baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated Oven or until the coating is golden brown.
Enjoy your Chicken with your favourite Peri – Peri Sauce. Though I made Vegetable Fried Rice – Indian Style as a Side.
