I love Avocados and I love home made dressings. And it’s the best thing in the world when the dip is made fresh in your kitchen with you favourite fruit. This Avocado Dip is just perfect for dipping veggies in or drizzling over your salad just the way I poured it over the Quinoa and Black Eyed Peas Salad.
The smooth and creamy texture of the fruit when combined with garlic, lime juice and honey gives a taste like it is made in heaven…yumm 🙂 And mind you I am not exaggerating. You must try this for yourself.
