Cilantro & Garlic dip is such a versatile dip/chutney which goes well with nearly all types of snacks be it Zucchini Tater Tots or Skillet Sweet Potato Fries. This Chutney emerges as a savior when you are out of stock on Mint/Pudina and have guests visiting in the evening. At par with Mint/Pudina Chutney in terms of taste and ease with which it is made.

I am a big fan of Cilantro & Garlic dip and normally have a stock of it lying in the refrigerator. Very easy to make and great on taste buds. Check it out and try for yourself.


1 Cup = 240 ml

  • 1 Cup Cilantro (washed and chopped)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (cut into 2 pieces)
  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Green Chilly

Preparation Instructions for Cilantro & Garlic Chutney:

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and TADA your Dhania Chutney is ready to be savored with Tapioca Potato Patties or can be used in Instant Brown Bread Dahi Vada.
