Cilantro & Garlic dip is such a versatile dip/chutney which goes well with nearly all types of snacks be it Zucchini Tater Tots or Skillet Sweet Potato Fries. This Chutney emerges as a savior when you are out of stock on Mint/Pudina and have guests visiting in the evening. At par with Mint/Pudina Chutney in terms of taste and ease with which it is made.
I am a big fan of Cilantro & Garlic dip and normally have a stock of it lying in the refrigerator. Very easy to make and great on taste buds. Check it out and try for yourself.
1 Cup = 240 ml
- 1 Cup Cilantro (washed and chopped)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (cut into 2 pieces)
- 2 Tbs Lime Juice
- ½ Tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt to Taste
